Charter Communications must face a disabled woman’s lawsuit accusing the telecommunications company of failing to reasonably accommodate her work-from-home request.

There remains genuine issues of material fact in Princess M. Harper’s lawsuit alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Judge Geoffrey W. Crawford said in a US District Court for the Western District of New York order and opinion issued Thursday denying the company’s summary judgment motion.
