A former Charles Schwab worker says she was fired because of her pregnancy, according to a new complaint in federal court.

Brandy Hayes informed her supervisor that she had a high-risk pregnancy and would need to see a doctor more often than for a normal pregnancy, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. In a statement to Bloomberg Law, Charles Schwab denies that Hayes was fired over her pregnancy.
