Charles Schwab Fails to Get Labor Class Action’s Website Removed

Charles Schwab Corp. was unable to force labor law firm Baker Dolinko & Schwartz PC to take down a webpage advertising the firm’s class action against the financial services company over employee rights to their name, image, and voice.

Judge Andrew Cheng of the Superior Court of San Francisco County rebuffed Schwab’s request for a court order to take down the page, which the bank argued contained “materially misleading and inappropriate statements” about Baker Dolinko’s lawsuit.
