Chanel Inc. was granted an injunction against a California retailer who allegedly infringed its interlocking C monogram trademark, through a confidential settlement agreement.
Chanel sued Iamkoko.LA in April for trademark infringement, trademark counterfeiting, trademark dilution, and unfair competition in the US District Court for the Central District of California. Instead of responding to the complaint, Iamkoko.LA entered into a confidential settlement with Chanel, Judge Otis D. Wright II said.
