MotorCity Casino must face religious accommodation claims in court brought by its former supervisors who refused to get a vaccine during the Covid-19 pandemic, a federal court said.
Questions of fact still exist regarding whether the plaintiffs could establish that the casino failed to accommodate their religious beliefs, said Judge Terrence G. Berg for the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
