A female executive who says she faced pay discrimination and other bias while working for former New York gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino (R) and his real estate development company can pursue most of her claims, a Buffalo federal judge ruled.
According to Gretchen Bailey, she served as the chief financial officer of 10 Ellicott Square Corp., which operates as Ellicott Development Co. The lawsuit 2021 lawsuit also includes Ellicott Development’s parent company Ellicott Development of Buffalo LLC and William Paladino—Carl’s son—as defendants.
