CareDx Inc. leaders’ agreement to provide several categories of internal reforms has received preliminary approval from a judge who recently signed off on a separate $20 million class settlement on behalf of investors.
New committee activities, trainings, and external review are a fair, reasonable, and adequate way to address allegations that the testing company engaged in allegedly illegal and improper revenue-boosting schemes, Judge Trina L. Thompson said Tuesday for the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The reforms are to be kept in place for four years.
