A federal appeals court rejected a marketer’s petition for review of a Federal Trade Commission order that banned it and its president from advertising activities related to cars.
The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Thursday said in an unpublished opinion that Traffic Jam Events LLC forfeited its constitutional claims. The court also rejected the company’s argument that the FTC lacked jurisdiction for the order.
