A cannabis accessory purveyor that markets itself with pink coloring and a cigarette-smoking waitress is accusing a former distributor of unlawfully copying its branding and trademarks.
Colorado-based Blazy Susan LLC sued California-based LLC Smoke Tokes in the US District Court for the District of Colorado, alleging Smoke Tokes infringed on its trademarks with Smoke’s “Juicy Lucy” rolling papers and pre-rolled cones.
