Candy Digital, Ex-Employee Resolve FMLA Adoption Leave Suit

NFT company Candy Digital Inc. and an employee who was allegedly terminated for taking leave to adopt his niece agreed to end their lawsuit.

The case was dismissed without prejudice Wednesday after the parties informed the court they reached a settlement in principle, Judge Lewis J. Liman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York wrote in a signed order.
