Calvin Klein Owner Fails to Drop Former Exec’s Age Bias Lawsuit

The parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger didn’t escape a former vice president’s lawsuit Monday alleging it violated New York City’s Human Rights Law.

Christine Linfante-Hill produced sufficient evidence that she was fired by PVH Corp. under circumstances where a reasonable jury could draw an inference of age discrimination, Judge Analisa Torres said. The US District Court for the Southern District of New York denied PVH’s motion for summary judgment on Linfante-Hill’s claim under the NYCHRL.
