California’s ban on selling and possessing tear gas weapons was challenged in a Wednesday lawsuit by a company seeking to sell pepperball guns to Golden State residents.
Byrna Technologies Inc.'s “pepper projectile launchers” are Second Amendment-protected arms, the company said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
