A worker for a supply chain services company failed to convince a federal court to remand his proposed wage class action back to a California superior court.
Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services NA Inc. properly demonstrated at least $5 million in controversy from the eight claims the worker filed, the US District Court for the Northern District of California said in a Wednesday order.
