California Top Court Cleans Up Pending PAGA Arbitration Appeals

Uber, Lyft, and other companies can force workers to arbitrate their individual claims under a unique law allowing employees to step into California’s shoes when pursuing employment violations, but the workers can keep litigating their group claims in court, according to orders issued by the state highest court Wednesday.
