California Senate Committee Will Examine Bar Testing ‘Fiasco’

The California Senate Judiciary Committee will launch an examination into the California Bar’s handling of the February 2025 Bar examination, an unprecedented action prompted by widespread reports of catastrophic technical failures, the committee’s chair said Friday.
