California’s new laws that regulate firearms drew yet another federal lawsuit Wednesday by gun rights groups that oppose a regulation aimed at so-called “ghost guns.”
The Second Amendment Foundation’s lawsuit in the US District Court for the Central District of California seeks an injunction to block the new law (S.B. 1327) that restricts individuals from making their own firearms.
