California Bus Drivers Certified as Class in Transdev Wage Case

Two groups of Transdev Services Inc. bus drivers have won class certification in their lawsuit claiming wage-related illegalities.

Judge Anthony J. Battaglia of the US District Court for the Southern District of California on Tuesday granted the drivers’ renewed certification motions after finding one of the workers’ allegations is derivative of their labor code violation claims the court already found to be suitable for class treatment.
