The California State Bar is offering participants registered for the February exam a chance to withdraw and get a refund, acknowledging a messy launch of its new test and conflicting instructions leading up to the Feb. 25 testing start date.
“We are extremely sorry for how the administration of the February 2025 bar exam has been rolled out,” the Bar said in a Thursday evening email to examinees, less than two weeks before they expect to sit for the test.
