Caesars, Poker Dealers Seek Approval of Class Action Settlement

Nevada poker dealers and casino owner Caesars Entertainment Inc. have asked a court to preliminarily sign off on a $5.65 million class wage action settlement stemming from the dealers’ work for Caesars during the World Series of Poker.

The casino workers are suing Caesars and subsidiary Paris Las Vegas Operating Company LLC in the US District Court for District of Nevada for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Nevada labor laws.
