Home furnishing manufacturer Cabinets to Go LLC filed a trademark infringement suit against Abcus LLC, doing business as Stock Cabinet Express, alleging the company is using its trademarked name to sell competing products.
Stock Cabinet’s “adoption and unauthorized use” of the Cabinets to Go trademarks and brand “relative to identical or highly similar services and products are intended to prey upon or appropriate” the marks, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York Wednesday.
