Broadstreet Resolves Elderly Client’s Suit Soon After Filing (2)

Broadstreet Inc. and an 83-year-old investor have resolved a misrepresentation suit against the private equity firm, according to its attorney.

Leroy Howe sued Broadstreet on Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleging he can’t get get his life savings back from Broadstreet Inc. and has had to delay his retirement. Broadstreet, along with related companies and their leaders, misrepresented the investment products’ liquidity and performance, Howe says.
