Bradford Health Services, which provides substance abuse treatment and recovery services in the Southeastern US, failed to timely inform patients of a data breach, according to a proposed class action.
Bradford learned in December 2023 that Hunters International—now World Leaks—broke into its systems, according to the complaint in the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. But they didn’t notify victims of the breach until May 2025, it said.
