Boxing promoter Top Rank Inc. and its president Todd duBoef owe $25 million dollars to a boxing manager who signed big-name fighters and served as a “fixer” to maintain the company’s relationship with ESPN, alleges a lawsuit filed Thursday in a Los Angeles federal court.
