Boston Mayor Escapes Ex-City Hall Worker’s Retaliation Case

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu was cut loose from a former City Hall employee’s federal retaliation lawsuit claiming she was fired to cover up misconduct from a member of her cabinet during an election year.

Marwa Khudaynazar, a former employee of the city’s police accountability office, said in the lawsuit she had refused sexual advances from Wu’s chief of economic opportunity and inclusion, Segun Idowu, when they met at a bar last May.
