Bosch Hit With Suit Over Vehicle Air-Quality Monitoring Patent

Robert Bosch LLC is facing a lawsuit by Israeli company Crispifiy Ltd., alleging the Robert Bosch GmBH subsidiary is infringing on its patent for monitoring air quality, including smoke, inside a vehicle.

Bosch manufactures and sells air quality monitoring equipment through the Bosch Mobility Sector, including RideCare Insight, that infringes on Crispify’s Patent No. 11,731,486, titled “System for Monitoring and/or Controlling the Air Quality in a Vehicle,” according to the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
