Bohemian Club Gets Dismissed From Valets’ Wage, Hour Lawsuit

Bohemian Club, an elite private social organization that has hosted famous artists and prominent officials, won its bid to get dismissed from a proposed class wage and hour lawsuit brought by valet workers.

The workers didn’t provide enough facts to show Bohemian Club was liable as a joint employer, the Northern District of California ruled.

  • Anthony Gregg, Shawn Granger, and Wallid Saad were hired as valets by Monastery Camp, which is one of more than 100 camps at the club’s site at Bohemian Grove in Monte Rio, Calif.
