Bogus versions of Wall Street’s Fried, Frank law firm, and Blue Shield of California, have been incorporated by a California woman for unknown reasons, according to a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by the health insurer.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Blue Shield of California sued Lorene Hackett over her copycat company on Thursday at the US District Court for the Northern District of California in Oakland.
