Boeing to Pay $40,000 to End Employee’s Overtime Wage Lawsuit

The Boeing Co. agreed to pay a systems and data analyst $40,000 to settle allegations that the aircraft manufacturer failed to pay him adequate overtime wages.

Steven Dosenbach asked Magistrate Judge William E. Fitzpatrick to approve the settlement in a motion filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The settlement resolves Dosenbach’s claim that Boeing violated the Missouri Minimum Wage Law by failing to pay him proper wages when he worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.
