Boeing Faces State Pension Funds in Delaware Safety Lawsuit

Public pension funds from Ohio and Oklahoma, represented by lawfirms that headed prior challenges against Tesla Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc., will lead litigation in Delaware over the fallout of safety problems plaguing Boeing Co.‘s aircraft.

The Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, the State Teacher Retirement System of Ohio, and the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System were named lead plaintiffs in a hearing Thursday before the Delaware Chancery Court.
