BlueTriton’s Arrowhead Water Labeling Doesn’t Mislead Consumers

The producers of Arrowhead Brand water defeated claims its labeling misled consumers about the source of its water, in a ruling by the Ninth Circuit.

Mijeong Kim claimed in a proposed class action that BlueTriton Brands Inc.'s labeling and sale of the water could mislead consumers that the water is sourced exclusively from Arrowhead Mountain, and that it failed to prominently place a source list in its labeling. She sued Amazon and a third party seller as well.
