BLM Nonprofit Drops Fraud Lawsuit Against Tides Foundation

Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation has agreed to dismiss its lawsuit against the Tides Foundation, retracting claims that the fund has “egregiously mismanaged” more than $33 million in funds marked for Black Lives Matter.

California Superior Court, Los Angeles County Judge Joseph Lipner on Monday signed an order to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled. The parties have reached a confidential settlement agreement, the filing said.
