Blaze Media LLC lost a bid to send to arbitration a female cohost’s lawsuit alleging the company founded by Glenn Beck created and tolerated a hostile work environment and allowed sexual harassment and retaliation against her.
The Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021 applies because Sydney Watson brings a sexual harassment dispute covered by the law and the claim accrued after it was enacted, Judge Jane J. Boyle ruled in a decision entered Friday.
