A Black Sheraton hotel customer who alleged he was discriminated against with poor service and was reported to police because of his race lost a human rights lawsuit, with a ruling by the Eighth Circuit.
Larry Johnson sued Schulte Hospitality Group Inc., which owns Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel, alleging race discrimination and unfair reprisal under the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
