Black Ex-Supervisor Sues United Airlines Claiming Retaliation

United Airlines was hit with a new lawsuit in federal court from a former employee alleging race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act.

Jessica Chase, an African-American ex- supervisor who worked at United for eight years, claims she was unfairly disciplined and terminated. She says she received harsher discipline than non-Black employees in similar circumstances.
