A Black former Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP attorney will appeal his loss in a lawsuit alleging the firm and some of its partners discriminated and retaliated against him, federal court records show.
Kaloma Cardwell, who was an associate in Davis Polk’s New York office from 2014 to 2018, filed a notice of appeal with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
