Allegiant Air LLC defeated a Black ex-employee’s racial discrimination and retaliation lawsuit saying she was terminated after reporting a colleague’s racial conduct to upper management.
Ebony Kelley failed to show that she had a prima facie case of racial bias, or that the pertinent facts created a sufficiently convincing mosaic that could survive the Nevada airline’s summary judgment motion, the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida said Tuesday.
