A Black Pennsylvania State Police officer can take his race bias allegations against the state to trial after a federal judge mostly rejected the defendants’ bid for summary judgment.

Pennsylvania and its state police agency failed to show that there aren’t any facts in dispute as to the officer’s allegations of racial discrimination and retaliation, but the worker can’t pursue some claims against individual PSP employees, the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania said.
