Raine Group LLC affiliates wrongly froze payouts to a Soviet-born billionaire sanctioned in the UK over his ties to Roman Abramovich, the Russian oligarch who once owned the English Premier League’s Chelsea FC, according to a lawsuit unsealed Thursday.
