Biden’s Student Loan Debt Relief Reinstated Pending Appeal

The Biden Administration’s student loan debt forgiveness program can be enforced while an appeal on a preliminary block nationwide proceeds in the Tenth Circuit.

The program, called the Saving on a Valuable Education Plan, could cost $475 billion over 10 years.

The US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit granted June 30 the government’s request for an emergency stay pending appeal, according to an order entered in the docket Monday.
