The Biden administration must turn over purchasing records accounting for $1.4 billion Congress allocated to build a wall on the Mexico border, a federal judge in Texas said Friday.
The records will help track materials that Texas alleges the federal government auctioned off in violation of a court order, Judge Drew Tipton of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas said.
