BIC Graphic Covid-Based Layoffs Class Settlement Totals $350,000

Scribe Opco Inc., which does business as BIC Graphic, agreed to pay $350,000 to 212 former employees in Florida and Minnesota who say they were laid off at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic without the advance notice required by federal law.
