An ex-HR head has voluntarily dismissed her discrimination and bias suit against metaverse company Everyrealm Inc. after a federal court ordered arbitration in April.
Katherine Yost sued the company in 2022 alleging a toxic workplace rife with sexism, racism, and homophobia. She filed a notice of voluntary dismissal in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
