Michigan betting companies won big in a decision that prevents online gamblers from going to court to contest their disputed winnings inside cyber casinos.
The case centered around a disputed player BetMGM account in which MGM Resorts and Entain’s joint venture withheld more than $3 million the plaintiff claims she won. The casino said the money was mistakenly given to her.
