Beth Israel Lahey Health Inc. convinced a federal judge to dimiss three out of four claims in a suit over its mandatory vaccination policy implemented during the pandemic.
The US District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissed former Beth Israel employees’ assault, equal protection, and due process claims on Tuesday.
