Bechtel, Fluor to Meet Nuclear Worker at Disability Bias Trial

A jury must decide if Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp. and Fluor Marine Propulsion LLC discriminated against a technician at Idaho’s Naval Reactor facility because he was disabled and used medical leave, a federal court ruled.

The companies say Zachary Harris’ post-surgery shoulder restrictions left him unable to do his job and he was fired for viewing pornography on a bus service provided to the facility.
