A New York-based beauty product manufacturer says a rival company infringed its trade dress by packaging lip oil in a similar pink-and-blue fashion.
Kiss Nail Products, Inc. and Ivy Enterprises, Inc. sued the competitor, Nicka K New York, in US District Court for the Eastern District ofNew York on Tuesday, alleging Nicka K copied its design for its lip oil packaging.
