Beach Bag Maker Hits Hurley, TJ Maxx Parent With Trademark Suit

The maker of a waterproof, washable beach bag sued Hurley, TJ Maxx-parent TJX Co., and other retailers, alleging that the companies are infringing its trademark by selling knockoff products.

Twenty-Six Designs filed a complaint in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey alleging the defendants are “manufacturing, importing and selling copycat bags” that are that are nearly indistinguishable from the trademarked BOGG Bag.
