BDO’s $900,000 Deal Over Electric Last Mile Audit Nears Approval

A judge who previously expressed skepticism of BDO USA PC‘s proposed class settlement with Electric Last Mile Solutions Inc. shareholders for about $900,000 said Friday he’s inclined to give preliminary approval to the deal.

The “question is a close one,” Judge Michael E. Farbiarz said in a docket entry in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
