Bay & Bay Transportation Must Defend Lawsuit Over Data Breach

Bay & Bay Transportation Services Inc. failed to shake off a proposed class action over a customer and employee data breach.

Lead plaintiff Billy Perry has standing to pursue the claims because he has alleged an actual injury traceable to the breach, and an impending risk of future harm, Judge John R. Tunheim of the US District Court for the District of Minnesota said Thursday.
