A former Bay Area Air Quality Management District employee says the agency discriminated against her and subjected her to a hostile work environment based on her race, sex, and age, according to a new complaint filed in federal court.
Veronica Eady, a Black woman who worked at the San Francisco Bay Area air quality agency for roughly three years, alleges she faced harassment and discrimination from White, male executives, and “was constructively forced to quit her job” because of her race, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
